Throwing it back to the classics of JRPGS. Chained Echoes released on December 8th, 2022. With vast lands and many routes to take. Housing various enemies as you progress throughout the story. But do not wander too far for you may miss out on hidden secrets along the path. This is our step-by-step guide on where and how to find Arthros in Chained Echoes.
Where to Find Arthros
Arthros can be found in the Fiorwoods of Chained Echoes. This area is part of the early portion of the game. It is used specifically as a form of training grounds for yourself and your party to get used to the way that Chained Echoes works. Fiorwoods is a vast area with a lot to do inside so do not feel the need to rush through this area. Especially if you are searching for the unique monster, Arthros. Be careful of exploring the west side of Fiorwoods as there are Dragons that are a much higher level than you should you traverse this area early in the game. However, this area of Fiorwoods is essential in finding and battling Arthros.
Refer to the Fiorwoods map in the step-by-step guide below for an exact location of where you need to go. This shows where Arthros is located on the western side of the Woods. The exact location is seen by the black circle on the map (bottom left of the screen).

Step-by-step to Locating Arthros
- First, you must find Ekskalibur. Located in the central area of Fiorwoods. Head to the Woods center, where you will find a grouping of trees in the middle. What you need to do here is circle round the trees a total of 3 times. This will summon Ekskalibur. Refer to the image below with the location of the trees you must circle in order to battle Ekskalibur (player icon seen in the map center, this is where you need to go).
- After successfully battling and defeating Ekskalibur. Head to the bridges which take you into the western side of Fiorwoods.
- Do not leave Fiorwoods or you will have to defeat Ekskalibur once again through summoning.
- Either way of entering the new area (via the northern or western entrance) you will need to battle Dragons. Via the northern entrance, there are 2 Forest Wyrms to fight. We recommend the western entrance as there is only 1 to fight. However, these are higher levelled than what you may anticipate at the beginning of the game. Because of this, we recommend fighting these later on. Meaning that you will have to wait a bit longer before locating Arthros. Refer to map below for exact location of the 2 Forest Wyrms.
- After defeating the Dragons, make your way onto the wooden platforms above and head south-west.
- You will eventually run into Arthros at the exact location shown on the screenshot below (black circle on the map).
As seen on the map above, Arthros can be found just north-west of the Transportation Stone (blue stone at the south-west side of Fiorwoods. As soon as you approach this small area, Arthros will jump out at your party and the battle will immediately start. This Unique Monster of Fiorwoods appears as a small rabbit, with the strength of Fire and a weakness of Water.
