The first Liberty Bells is pretty much right in front of you when you spawn into the level. Build up some special by grinding the rail, and then hop the gap between the two wood ramps to collect the first bell.

Immediately hang a left and jump onto the dirt area with the trees. Make your way across this area towards the City of Philadelphia building. You will see the first bell as soon as you exit the dirt area.

After collecting the second Liberty Bell, make a left and head towards the Philly Roasters building. You’ll see two teal ramps out front, and you’ll need to catch some air off the first one to reach the third bell. It helps if you have your special meter filled up.

After getting that one, you can find the fourth bell to your left. It’s on top of the ledge, so you’ll need to wallride up to it. You can also grind your way there from the opposite direction.

The fifth and final Liberty Bell is on the opposite side of this wall. Hop the wall, and you’ll see the next bell in the dirty patch next to the ledge. Collect it, and you’re done with this challenge.

That’s all you need to know to collect 5 Liberty Bells in Philadelphia in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2. I hope this guide helps you out! If you prefer watching tutorials in video format, see the video below:
