It just feels … lazy? In any case, it’d seem Phasmophobia is channeling the long-departed spirit of old internet creepypasta and dropping spOoOOky symbols in the lobby warehouse. WhAt CoUlD iT mEaN?

In a Reddit post made on r/PhasmophobiaGame, amateur sleuths have been trying to decipher these symbols with varying degrees of success. It’d seem that each of these symbols points to a different in-game location. These locations reveal the alphabetic translation of the symbols, and when you put them all together, you get the phrase: PINTO OPEH.

In our world, Point Hope is a city in Alaska. It has a population of 830, according to the 2020 Census. But, what does it mean in Phasmophobia? Fans have deduced that it’s probably meant to point towards a future map, perhaps a lighthouse. Nothing is confirmed yet, unfortunately.
