For my money, the Kar98K is the best sniper in Warzone Season 3, and it’s not even close. Try this loadout for yourself, and you’ll see what I mean.
- Stock: FTAC Sport Comb.
- Optic: Sniper Scope.
- Perk: Focus.
- Barrel: Singuard Custom 27.6”.
- Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor.
Bullet velocity and range is the name of the game with this build. You’re capable of dropping anyone, from almost any range, with a single headshot with this beast, so that’s what I’ve focused on.
The 27.6” barrel and Mono Suppressor are staples of builds like this. Both attachments give you as much range as possible while maximizing your bullet velocity, minimizing the effects of drop-off.
The stock I run on this loadout is there purely to counteract the negatives of my muzzle and barrel choice, which is to say killing speed. The FTAC Sport Comb doesn’t entirely eliminate this, but it makes the differences much less noticeable.
Lastly, the perk and optic that I’m running both make the Kar a monster at both short and long-range. You’ve got enough magnification to hit targets at almost any difference, and Focus is going to help you keep shots accurate while you’re taking fire.
