Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is already packed to the gills with quests, locales, and things to put bullets in, but you can never have too much of all three. There are always strange new ideas rattling around in Tina’s noggin, and if you’re starving for more firefights, she’s all too happy to share. Here is the Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands Coiled Captors release date.
Coiled Captors is the first DLC addition to Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, available both piecemeal and as part of the game’s season pass. The pack is slated to release Thursday, April 21st, at 9:30 AM, and can be accessed via Vesper’s Mirrors of Mystery in Dreamveil Overlook, located a short walk from Brighthoof on the overworld.
Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands Coiled Captors Release Date
Coiled Captors features a large-scale replayable dungeon, wherein you’ll seek to put an end to the frenzy of a captured elder god unfortunately nicknamed “Chums.” Chums was captured long ago by the Coiled people and trapped within a gigantic seawarg, putting them at odds with his fervent supporters, the denizens of the deep. You’ll have to fight through legions of both to reach Chums’ resting place and put him out of his misery.
The quest doesn’t end when Chums is defeated, however. For the next several weeks after the DLC is launched on April 21st, Chums will gradually evolve into bigger, stronger forms. Here’s the schedule for Chums’ evolution:
- First Form: April 21
- Second Form: April 28
- Third Form: May 5
- Final Form: May 12
Defeating these stronger forms will yield greater rewards, as well as more parts of a story told to you by Vesper. Additionally, clearing the dungeon will earn you Lost Souls to spin Vesper’s Wheel of Fate for rare gear, as well as add the dungeon’s enemies, layouts, and boss to the randomly-generating Chaos Chamber.
