For new players a technique you can use to make money is by building houses for cheap. Once you build your two houses you’re going to want to sell the rooms and content in it. After you have sold everything you need to destroy the house and repeat. Make sure you’re not selling furniture and you’re only selling rooms. Another method you can do is try buying and selling homes to make fast cash. The best house you can try using this method on is the Japanese retreat and you could make up to §70k! Gardening for money in The Sims Freeplay

Playing The Sims 4 has taught us that skills such as being a painter or a gardener can earn you some great cash. It’s honestly the only skill we like to level up because of how much money we can make. In The Sims Freeplay, gardening is a great alternative to the buy and sell houses option we discussed above. Gardening will help earn you XP and simoleons so this is a skill you shouldn’t ignore! We recommend gardening lettuce because it will earn you the most money per hour. You can also try to garden for bell peppers as well. Alternatives to these are corn and beans which will give you a decent amount of cash.

Hopefully these tips will help you gain more money in The Sims Freeplay. Now that we have found out about selling homes we’re going to hop on that as soon as possible.
