It’s time to find the Secret Tape in NY City in THPS. Every level has one, and they are usually challenging to find. The one in NY City is not too bad, as long as you have the subway unlocked. You may want to complete collect all the Subway Cards first if you haven’t already. Here’s the Secret Tape location in NY City in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2.

Secret Tape Location in NY City in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2

Getting to the Secret Tape location in NY City helps if you have the subway unlocked. Once you are ready, head to the subway entrance and make your way down the rails. Continue along the rails until you see a concrete path on your right. Refer to the image if you’re not sure where I mean.

Hop off the rails at this spot and follow the concrete path upwards. You will come to a rail, which you’ll need to grind across to get to the other side’s concrete structure. Over there, you will see another rail you’ll need to hop over to on the left.

Jump to the left and grind the other rail to the Secret Tape. Collect the tape, and you are good to go. Here’s a video of the entire walkthrough if you want to check it out:
