You can also earn rewards as well. One reward you can earn is the Retrowave Sniper Rifle. This is a visual mod for the TOGO-13 Sniper Rifle. How to Unlock the TOGO-13 Sniper Rifle

Before you can use the Retrowave Sniper Rifle, first you must unlock the TOGO-13 Sniper Rifle. Unlike previous Saints Row games, the TOGO-13 isn’t unlocked through making a purchase at Friendly Fire. Instead you’ll unlock it by completing the mission Drawing Heat. To gain access to this mission you must first have 3 criminal ventures active on the map and complete the Agrressive Recruitment mission. Once you finish the Drawing Heat mission, you’ll have access to the TOGO-13 Sniper Rifle.

How to Unlock the Retrowave Sniper Rifle

Once you have the TOGO-13, then you can focus on getting the Retrowave Sniper Rifle visual mod. To unlock this mod, you’ll have to complete the Riding Shotgun side hustle located over in Smelterville West at the Illesoil Refinery. The Riding Shotgun activity requires you to ride along as a passenger in a vehicle and protect the driver.

Hold triangle to get on the roof and shoot from there with rifles, shotguns, and RPGs. Destroying vehicles will give your vehicle health. You can regenerate your own health by leaving the roof and going back inside the vehicle. Once you’ve completed this, you’ll have the Retrowave Sniper Rifle visual mod. If you want, you can complete this before getting to the Drawing Heat mission so you’ll already have a visual mod for your newly earned weapon.
