Roblox Islands Pets and Lava Update

The Roblox Islands Pets and Lava Update is officially here as of September 18, 2021. Here's everything you need to know.

The new Roblox Islands Pets and Lava update is officially here! Players can now grab a bucket and take home some lava from the Underworld zone. Additionally, four new pets are available from each of the bosses, including the Kor, Wizard Boss, Slime King, and Bhaa pets. Below, we have a full list of the Roblox Islands Pets and Lava update patch notes.

Aside from the new lava and pets, the developers also implemented new grass colors. You may notice black, orange, purple, pink, and different shades of green grass all around the islands. Tokens are now also available for all bosses, allowing players to bypass the spawn cooldown.

Roblox Islands Pets and Lava Update 

Many players have fought valiantly against the Infernal Dragon, but the Underworld is getting even more dangerous! Beware of the lava pools!

On a brighter note: we’ve added seven new colors of glass to spruce up your island and the chance to return from a boss fight with a mini-boss pet! :high_brightness: 

  • Added lava, grab a bucket, and take some home from the Underworld!
  • Added new glass colors (black, orange, light green, dark green, cyan, purple, and pink!)
  • Added Kor, Wizard Boss, Slime King & Bhaa pets!
  • Added spawn eggs for Kor, Wizard Boss, Slime King & Bhaa pets
  • Added tokens for all bosses, you can now bypass the cooldown!
  • Added sounds to magma blobs
  • You can now die from lava, be careful!
  • Fixed bug with water transparency
  • Fixed bug with Ruby Staff projectiles not disappearing
  • Fixed issue with pets not displaying as owned
