To start off, you will need to open your Menu; here, you will see three tabs: Inventory, Wardrobe, and Furniture. Next, you will need to navigate to the Furniture tab; once inside, you will see the various items you can move. Then, you can click on “All” to move any furniture piece you would like.

As mentioned previously, you will receive the Blanket Fort from Woody once you have completed The Illumination quest. However, only once you have placed the Blanket Fort is when The Illumination quest will be truly complete.

However, it would seem that there is a bug in the game, and according to the official Disney Dreamlight Valley Twitter page, they are working on some changes and will deploy a small update within the upcoming days.

So, if you have placed your Blanket Fort outside your Dreamlight home, the quest will be completed. But if you place your Blanket Fort inside your home, you will not be able to remove this item, and the quest will be incomplete. It would make much more sense if the Blanket Fort were placed inside rather than outside in the Valley.
