Marvel Snap – How to overcome rank wall

To Infinity

In a game like Marvel Snap, as your collection expands, so do the number of decks you may use and, as a result, your total strength. However, this is not always the case with the ranking system. Even with a growing collection, it might be difficult to avoid hitting the Marvel Snap rank wall. Here are a few things you may do to continue your quest for infinite rank while you build your collection.

Building Meta Decks

There are several standout cards among the many play styles available. With that in mind, perhaps the most apparent approach is to construct decks around the cards that are presently dominant in the meta. If you bought the matching season pass while it was available, you may get cards like Silver Surfer. Cards such as Wong and Leader are also powerful if you collect them or pin them in your token shop.

Snapping

It is critical to understand when to snap. If you only snap when you make your biggest play, you may be telegraphing and making an opponent’s retreat easier. Knowing what decks yours is good against in the meta will allow you to snap early or counter once discovered.

Retreating

When to retreat is at the other extreme of the spectrum. This is related to snapping; if you identify the adversary victory condition and are unable to defeat it, retreat. Sometimes you may get the urge of lets see how this goes. Don’t do it, it is better sometimes just to retreat and take the loss. There is a significant difference between losing one cube vs four or eight.

That’s a Snap

There is no one card-based solution to the Marvel Snap rank wall. It might feel like an impossible effort at times and burnout is a thing in ranked advancement games, so make sure to take breaks. It is also crucial to remember that one of the finest methods to advance is via experience. The more you play, the better you will get at identifying and capitalizing on opportunities. If you can’t play a few games without being surprised by a combination, you’re still learning and development will come!

Since 1995, I have had an inseparable relationship with mobile games. More recently, my goal has been to bridge the gap between skill and critical thinking in video games. You don't have to be the best all the time to be the best. I'm here to prove it! I like competitive and casual, mobile and console and everything in between. World of Warcraft, League of Legends, Call of Duty and Apex are my current favorite games. Oh, did I mention that I love LEGO Star Wars games!
