Similar to last year with Madden 22, players in Madden 23 (release: August 19, 2022) will be able to choose between a set of special Rookie Premiere players for Madden Ultimate Team. However, instead of only having 10 Rookie Premiere players from random teams to choose from, this year’s program includes one Rookie Premiere player from each of the 32 NFL franchises.

Madden 23 Ultimate Team has revealed some early Rookie Premiere items that you can add to help bolster your MUT. Being that each of these card is an 86 OVR, even just claiming a few of them could go a long way.

How to get Rookie Premiere tokens in Madden 23 Ultimate Team
- Don’t buy Rookie Premiere packs first – Rookie Premiere packs sell at 60K MUT coins. So, instead of rushing to buy these you should invest your money in a single pack for far less. Which will immediately provide you with 5 Rookie Premiere tokens you can then go use to select any special item you want.
- Complete Rookie Premiere exchange sets – Completing exchange sets is another great way to get Rookie Premiere tokens. For example, the High NFL Draft Exchange allows you to exchange a 99 OVR 2022 NFL Draft player for a 10×93 OVR Rookie Premiere Player Fantasy Pack. Which will earn you 10 Rookie Premiere tokens.
- Complete Rookie Premiere solo challenges – By completing these solo challenges, you can two free tokens or one free token and some 93 OVR fantasy packs that can help you obtain other Rookie Premiere tokens.
- Complete Rookie Premiere XP objectives – These objectives not only earn you XP but MUT coins as well. In fact, if you earn 65 stars in solo challenges, you can receive up to 3,000 XP and 1,000 coins. Complete several of these to earn as many coins as you can. You will also get the Rookie Premiere Objective Milestones, which provide you with some 93 OVR Rookie Premiere players.
- Complete Rookie Premiere Token missions – To obtain every Rookie Premiere token in Madden 23, you’ll need to complete all of these player sets for 13 tokens. You will also need to reach MUT rank 30 for a token and complete additional challenges for another token.
