League of Legends MSI Rumble Stage Day 3 Schedule

Day Three may have less exciting matchups than the previous two – Cloud9 vs Damwon KIA and MAD Lions vs Damwon KIA are the matches to look out for.  Standings are by no means solidified and all teams, regardless of their current situations, still have a chance to hit the bracket stage.

Here’s a look at the day 3 schedule for the League of Legends MSI Rumble:

The Frontrunners 

Damwon KIA, Royal Never Give Up, and MAD Lions are looking incredibly comfortable.  RNG especially so, as the Chinese reps have not dropped a game and look at ease whether they play through Xiaohu in the top or Gala in the bot.  Teams have yet to figure out a consistent method to tackle RNG with, but with six games left to go per team, there are still lots of possibilities.

DWK and MAD both sit at a 3-1 scoreline and are halfway to being locked into the bracket stage.  Both losses for each team were against fellow Tier 1 teams, meaning that both teams have only lost to either DWK, MAD or RNG.  2020 World Champions DWK do not look as sharp as they did last year while the MAD Lions have a lot of hungry yet inexperienced players seeking to cement their name historically.
