The Japanese Warriors
DetonatioN FocusMe has made waves during this years’ MSI by defeating LCS representatives Cloud9 as well as bringing Damwon Gaming to a close, nail-biting finish in a 39-minute game. Many questioned the roster’s efficacy with Aria playing instead of Ceros, but the results are looking promising. There are many underdogs in this tournament, but DFM is proving their worth and has garnered many fans.
Undefeated Frontrunners
Damwon KIA, Royal Never Give Up, and MAD Lions are currently the best teams at the tournament, each sporting an undefeated record in their respective groups. Each of these teams also represents a Tier 1 region, known for their impressive international prowess in the past years. As such, if one was a gambling player, they would bet on these teams to surge past the Play-Ins with ease.
