How to Download the Kirby Return to Dreamland Deluxe Demo

To be honest, the easiest method is probably to download it directly from the Nintendo eShop. To do this, simply open up the eShop on your Switch and find the entry for Kirby’s Return to Dreamland Deluxe. It should have the option to download the demo there.

If it doesn’t (it didn’t for me) and you have access to a computer or mobile device, head to the game’s store page. If you see the link to download the demo, click on it and it’ll prompt you to sign in. Do so, and the demo for Kirby’s Return to Dreamland Deluxe will be automatically sent to your Switch console.

Kirby’s Return to Dreamland Deluxe is a remaster of the 2011 game of a similar name. Its predecessor was exclusive to the Wii console, while this iteration is exclusive to the Switch. Kirby’s Return to Dreamland Deluxe follows the titular pink blob as he seeks to help an alien named Magolor repair his ship.

In addition to the classic story, there will be a new, additional epilogue included in the Deluxe version called Magolor Epilogue: The Interdimensional Traveler. This epilogue is unlocked upon completion of the game’s main story mode.
