It’s finally coming wizards. The wait is finally coming to an end. Hogwarts Legacy is an upcoming Harry Potter game that allows you to create your own student to uncover mysteries and learn to become a wizard yourself. We’ve seen plenty of gameplay that has you making friends with creatures and have learned that you can even kill students depending on how evil you want to become. With a game that has plenty of customization for your character this begs the question if Hogwarts Legacy is an MMO. Imagine seeing your friends running around casting spells and going to class with them? Is Hogwarts Legacy an MMO? Let’s find out.
What is Hogwarts Legacy?
Hogwarts Legacy is an action-roleplaying game where you can create your own character to explore Hogwarts and the secrets buried inside the castle. You’re placed into the wizarding world full of questions discovering the answers is half the fun. The game is based on the popular book series and fans from the franchise have been wanting a proper Harry Potter game for some time now. The game itself is immersive and there’s plenty to do from learning new spells to making friends with monsters. The game will be available on all platforms and is open-world.
Hogwarts Legacy MMO
With an open-world game coming out soon does this mean we will be seeing it have MMO capabilities? This surely would bring a lot of new and veteran players to the game if it were an MMO. Think of all the fun you could have going to classes with your friends and forming clans based on the house you’re part of? Unfortunately, a game like that is going to have to stay put in your dreams because Hogwarts Legacy is not an MMO. Hogwarts is a single-player experience and is in no way an MMO. You can enjoy the diverse environment on your own and that’s okay. The game doesn’t support co-op or multiplayer, so, sorry guys.
