While there were tons of new things in the update, the new items section caught our attention. The Rage Serum item has some captivating effects on the Operator. Once you administer the serum, it instantly grants you increased movement speed, melee damage, melee lunge distance, and melee stun power. While it’s not officially named as Charged Melee, it sure looks like a charged version of a regular melee attack. The increase in melee lunge distance and melee stun power is fascinating.

There are some drawbacks to using Rage Serum for Charged Melee attacks. Your operator will emit louder footsteps, and both stun and flash grenades will have a much higher impact on him.

So there you have it. Using the Rage Serum activates Charged Melee attacks. Keep in mind that these terms are speculative, but are based on facts and official patch notes of the Call of Duty Warzone update.
