How to Unlock ‘The Toast of the Town’ Achievement in Hogwarts Legacy

And a very powerful toast, by the way.

House picking in Hogwarts Legacy, unlike the “real” Wizarding World, is something that does not have major repercussions. That is, until you reach a specific mission that will certainly vary, albeit in a very small, but significant way depending on the House you belong to. Today, we will take care of our parsel tongue speaking (not really) wizards. Here is how to unlock ‘The Toast of the Town’ achievement in Hogwarts Legacy.

How to Unlock ‘The Toast of the Town’ Achievement

So, this one’s interesting. You see, you will get this naturally by completing Jackdaw’s Rest, which is one of the Main Quests in the game. However, depending on the House you are from, you will get a different achievement. The Toast of the Town is a Slytherin exclusive achievement, which is granted for discovering the Map Chamber. That means that, if you wish to 100% complete this game, you will have to at least play it 4 times up to this point. I can only imagine the sighs of completionists by hearing this news. But anyway, you can only get this achievement if you are a Slytherin. Here is a brief guide of what to do during this quest in order to unlock this achievement.

Head to the Forbidden West at the beginning of the quest, and you will have to follow the marker. You will momentarily be alongside Richard Jackdaw until he becomes too scared and decides to leave. But, you are a ghost, Richard, nothing can harm you… Anyway, moving on. You will have to continue onwards by yourself and deal with enemies and beasts. You will find the cave that you need to enter. After whispering the password, deal with the enemies that will appear and then enter Jackdaw’s Tomb.

Your welcome party will be a locked door with two symbols on the left and one on the right. Use your basic cast to attack the three of them. Move forwards and get rid of any spiders you may encounter. You will find a platform you will need to move with Accio. Go ahead If you like, but there are some rewards on both sides, so go ahead and collect them. Once ready, go forwards, and you will be on a spider arena, my worst nightmare. Deal with all of them and you will meet another locked door. You will need to attack three symbols again. One is located in the path below, one to the right of the door, and one is at your left when you go up the stairs.

Finally, continue to the next room that will be flooded. You will be protected by a magic bubble, so continue and enter a new room, The Map Chamber. There is a portrait you will need to talk to over there. The portrait will instruct you to get a book. You will then exit through a new path that is located underneath Hogwarts, effectively completing the Main Quest.

This will put an end to your quest and will grant you The Toast of the Town achievement, a very well suited name for a Slytherin. If you wish to know, the equivalent achievement’s name for the other Houses are the following: The Auror’s Apprentice for Hufflepuffs; The Gryffindor in the Graveyard for, you know, Gryffindors; and The Wise Owl for Ravenclaws.
