How to Solve Animal Container/Tank Puzzle

The Animal Container/Tank puzzle happens just around the end of Facility 3826. Your task is two get 4 canisters to get to the birch tree. One of those canisters is the reward of solving this puzzle specifically. This task will have you being in a room with several tanks with different animals inside. There is also a screen board in the middle of the room. This screen is very important, since it will give you all the information necesarry to complete this puzzle.

First, look at the screen, and you will see nine spaces with the animals on the containers labeled on them. While there are no numbers in the screen, there is indeed an order, and it starts from the top left one, moving from left to right all the way to the bottom right one. Your task is to interact with the tank’s valves in order to turn the color of the labels green. You will notice that label number 2 and 6 are green already, which means that the top chicken and the cow near the entrance vent at the right don’t need their valves turned. There is no patter around the room, and since there are several animals that repeat themselves, you could probably spend some time turning those valves.

You can verify each turn in the screen to see if you have successfully turned each valve correctly. However, as I said before, the only ones that must remain unturned are the chicken tank that is north and the cow tank that is just next to the entrance vent at the right of the room. If you locate those, simply turn all the other valves. If done successfully, you will complete the puzzle. I won’t spoil any details on what happens next, only know that it is not pretty at all, so be prepared!
