Now, even inexperienced players know that it’s not that hard for a player to join a certain guild but what about recruiting players for your guild? Is that easy as well or does that take extra effort? Read on to find out what is the best way to recruit people for your guild in Albion Online.

Albion Online Recruiting Explained

Recruiting in Albion Online isn’t a walk in the park but on the other hand, it’s not too hard when you get a hang of a few tricks. Firstly, try and recruit people when there’s a new update coming. Updates usually bring a lot of players back to the game or attract some new players so that’s the time when the pool of players looking for a guild is the biggest.

Secondly, you can add next to your name in the game so anyone who sees you will know that you are open to new recruits. In addition to this, you can make a post about your guild in popular Albion Online forums and try to attract players that way.

Thirdly, just be out there and be active. It might sound too simple but this is one of the main drives for new recruits as well. When your guild is attacking other guilds or involved in other activities people will notice and contact you themselves. It wouldn’t be impossible that a player who was defeated by your guild to ask to join you. The embodiment of the famous “If you can’t beat them, join them” maxim is not rare in games such as Albion Online.

Lastly, try not to rush things. If you are a fresh player to Albion Online don’t go creating a guild and recruiting right away. Instead, play the game for a while, get a feel of things, and make some friends from the same time zone. This will be the laying of the groundwork for future guild creation.
