The Polar Distress update for Killing Floor 2 lasts from December 7 to January 10 bringing tons of news content along with it such as a new map, new weapons, and new cosmetic weapon skins. Crash is the latest community map to be added to the game with the appropriate theme of a compound covered in ice and snow. The map is also compatible with Survival, Weekly, Versus, and Endless Game Modes. There are also new seasonal objectives specifically made for Crash.

Perk Roulette is a new weekly game mode that has been added to Killing Floor 2. In it, you’ll use whatever perk the game assigns to you as opposed to choosing to your own. Playing the mode can earn players the Perk Roulette Backpack. Players can also expect two new paid DLC weapons with this new update: the HV Storm Cannon and Zed Eradicator Device MK III.
