Make your way to the first floor of the mall by heading down the two ramps that you spawn on. Head to the left once you’re on the first floor after breaking through the glass. Go past the planter, and you will see a rail on the ground. This spot is where you need to complete this challenge.

Approach the rail and ollie up by pressing the A button. Hold up and Y to perform a nose grind. Make sure to balance yourself, so you make it across the entire rail without falling. You should get the completion after making your way across the whole thing.
