While one side of your business is running a successful arcade, the other side is running a successful laundrette which you use the funds from to start up the arcade. And while you may think that you won’t have to do much on the laundrette side, you’d be sorely mistaken. In fact, we’ll explain how to manage laundry in Arcade Paradise so that you can get your arcade off of the ground quickly.
How to Manage Laundry in Arcade Paradise
Handling laundry is a very lucrative venture in Arcade Paradise, similar to other simulator games, how fast you handle your clients’ laundry can have an effect on the money you make. To start, you’ll find that customers typically situate their baskets of dirty clothes on a table on the left side of the laundrette. The game situates things in a bit of a U shape so that you’re never too far from the next sequence in whatever you’re doing.
Simply pick up their basket of dirty clothes and load them into an empty washer by holding down your dedicated action button. The washer will begin to load and once full, the lid will close and a 3-minute timer will begin to count down. At times like this, it’s often good to load more clothes into the wash, clean garbage from around the laundrette, collect money from hoppers, or even play a few games. As loads always take 3 minutes to complete, keeping yourself busy is really important in-between them to maximize time.
Once your wash loads are done, you’ll be able to move them over to the dryer. You’ll be able to know if a load is done if your watch notifies you or the washer says “End” where the time is located. Just go ahead and hold down your action button again to empty the washer and locate an available dryer to load your clothes into. To load into a dryer, hold down that action button yet again to get it started. The dryers take another 3-minutes to complete, so again, do more work around the building or play games.
Once it’s done, similar to washes you’ll be notified via the watch or by the “End” on the timer. Just hold the action button one more time to retrieve the laundry and you’ll be able to place the completed laundry in its basket on the table opposite where it started. Depending on how quickly you’ve completed the laundry is how you’ll be ranked. An A typically nets you $20 but the S is better at $30 and it isn’t too hard to achieve as long as you’re timely.
