Experience points will increase your trust level, and with each trust level you gain either ne weapon families or facilities aboard the Mourningstar. You also gain new feats and curio slots as well as access to higher weapon ratings. So, there is a lot on the line.

The maximum level is 30, so only the most passionate servants of the God-Emperor will achieve such a high status. If you want to advance the ranks quickly, well, there’s only one real way to do it. Get in there and slaughter some heretical scum.

Get ready for action

Experience points are exclusively awarded after completing missions. So here is a guide on doing that with maximum efficiency.

Firstly, it would be worth noting that grabbing two or three other reliable friends will be useful, as communication could really turn a failing operation into a success. Mitigating your chances of failure is a huge aspect of this process, so if you can, play with your friends as much as you can.

But don’t worry, this will work with or without them.

The missions reward rather generously, so make sure to maximise out on that. When selecting a mission, make sure to read the rewards. There will be Dockets and Experience up for grabs. There are some factors that impact Experience gain, however:

  • Higher difficulties will significantly increase Experience gain.
  • Secondary Objectives will provide additional Experience if completed.
  • Additional factors may be in play. If they increase the difficulty of the operation, more Experience will be awarded.

If you are just starting in the game, then it would be wise to do a couple easy missions to get you on the ropes. If both are successes, you’ll quickly advance a couple Trust Levels, anyway.

However, generally you should try to take on the mission with the highest experience reward. Always try to take on more challenging difficulties, as that is where the Experience gains are the best. A good team would be almost vital for some of the higher difficulties, but if you find yourself struggling, then take the difficulty down a notch to not waste time.

Keep these notes in mind:

  • Missions are only live for a few minutes, so it could be wise waiting for new ones to see if they come with greater Experience rewards.
  • If there are secondary objectives, strive to complete them.
  • Between missions, always make sure your operator is as strong as it can be. That way you’ll have an easier, and quicker, time doing the harder missions.
  • Your skill will allow you to complete higher difficulty levels, allowing you to progress faster. A vital ingredient of leveling up fast is simply being good at the game. You can handle that, right?

You’ll be ranking up faster than you can keep up.
