World of Warcraft is taking to the skies! In the latest expansion of the hit MMORPG, players will explore the Dragon Isles. But, alongside new abilities and a new continent, a new currency called Trophy of Strife can now be acquired. What is this new currency?! What can it be used for?! And, most importantly, how do you get it in the first place?! Read on to learn everything there is to know about Trophy of Strife.

What is Trophy of Strife?

World of Warcraft: Dragonflight describes Trophy of Strife as:

“Proof of your combat prowess throughout the Dragon Isles. Used to purchase War Mode Gear from Malicia in Valdrakken.”

So, based on that, we can conclude that there are specific items that can be purchased using Trophy of Strife, meaning it likely cannot be used outside the Dragon Isles.

How to Get Trophy of Strife?

It would seem that this is the question of the day, isn’t it? Based on the limited information we currently have, it would appear Trophy of Strife is awarded to players who complete the weekly PvP quest. Weekly activities include Valdrakken Profession Quests, Community Feast, and Aiding the Accord among others. As of writing, it would appear the Trophy of Strife isn’t currently available but will be available in the near future.

It’s unclear which of these quests reward Trophy of Strife as of right now. As of writing, it’s unclear how much currency is awarded in exchange for the weekly quest. But we do know that the currency is an important element in getting quality gear.
