Hogwarts Legacy is making the childhood dreams of many adults come true! In this new game developed by Avalanche Software, players are able to attend the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry first introduced by J.K. Rowling decades ago as young witches and wizards! There is a whole new storyline to this videogame, as it takes place a century before the events surrounding the Harry Potter saga. However, that does not stop small cameos from characters such as the ghosts introduced in the Potter films and books from appearing. In the game, there are plenty of locations both within Hogwarts and in the outside world that gamers can travel to almost at will. Some of these locations are required to access for the main storyline, while others are for side quests or just to satisfy your curiosity. After all, it is Hogwarts! One of these is the Headmaster’s Office, which holds rewards and a trophy for players. However, the door that guards this room is a Level 1 Door, so you will need to pick it. How Do You Go Inside the Headmaster’s Office?
To get into this hidden alcove of the castle, there are a few steps you must first take. Also, you will need a password to enter the Headmaster’s Office, unless you have an official escort. During the main story, you will be able to enter it throughout the natural flow of the plot, but otherwise make sure you know the password. You can learn this password by completing the main quest known as the Polyjuice Plot, and then it will be revealed to you.
However, to even reach the Headmaster’s Office in the first place, you need to travel to the highest point in Hogwarts. This means a long trek up the grand staircase, all the way to the top on the last flight. Then, head through the corridor that holds all of those trophies, and lastly pick the gate which is only Level 1. From then on, head up the final flight of stairs and through the corridor you will find there. After a little bit of walking (or running!) you will find the Headmaster’s Office Gargoyle which guards the door. Give it your password, and walk on in!
