For all your Trailblazing needs, just to make sure you don't get left in the (star)dust.

If you have been playing miHoYo’s other hit gacha game Genshin Impact, you’ll know that story progress can be a bit frustrating. There are missions that will require you to be a certain Adventure Rank in order to start the mission. Problem is, they usually raise the level requirement to one that’s higher than you might be. That’s where we come in, as we are going to show you how to get to level 24 fast in Honkai Star Rail.

When starting out in Star Rail, you’re going to want to make sure and prioritize the main story, otherwise known as Trailblaze missions. These will net you the most amount of EXP and will help you get accustomed to the gameplay and story structure. There will of course come the inevitable level wall players hit where they won’t be able to continue the main story at the current level they’re at. Early on in the story, players will unlock what are known as a Calyx. A Calyx serves as a way for the player to farm character and Light Cone EXP, while rewarding credits as well. The levels inside a Calyx use 10 Trailblaze power per wave in order to start a challenge.

Once you exhaust all of your Calyx and still need more EXP before continuing the story, this is where daily training will come in.

By earning activity points, you will be rewarded with EXP, as well as a bit of Stellar Jade. Along with your dailies, taking advantage of the Adventure missions and the Simulated Universe system will help tremendously on our way up the ranks. Adventure missions can be found all around the areas you have explored and if you have been following our order of operations, you should have a fair amount to complete. They are also obtainable by checking your messages on your in-game phone, as some people will offer you a mission there.
