Ready to bloody up your enemies with this signature move?

Games such as AEW: Fight Forever remind us of simpler times when we’d turn on our Nintendo 64 and play Ready 2 Rumble Boxing or WCW Mayhem. There’s nothing like knocking your opponent out of the ring or smashing them into the ground with killer combos. In AEW: Fight Forever you can relive your youth and fight with anything you can grab your hands on that’s already on the stage. In this guide, we’re going to teach you how to get thumbtacks.

Where to Get Thumb Tacks in AEW: Fight Forever

Somewhere deep inside we just want to scream “Let’s get ready to Rumble!” when the lights go on you and your opponent. Although this isn’t the same game as our favorite boxing game it still has the same unique elements. You control a character and you fight a bloody battle of fists until your opponent gets knocked out. Sometimes you can use weapons to bring into the fight, however, you can’t just grab anything random. You need to earn it. If you want thumb tacks here’s the trick you need to do.

In order to get thumb tacks you need to discard the weapon you already have. You can do this by getting close to the edge of the ring and pressing RT/R2 on your controller to discard it. Keep doing this process until you have gotten thumbtacks. One of the ways you can guarantee thumbtacks is by making sure your signature move is completely charged up. Thumbtacks are considered high leveled and when you can use your signature move you can get other high level items to use.

How to Use Signature Move in AEW: Fight Forever

If you want to use your signature move, which is basically just a cool move that a player can use that’s unique to every character. You can find out which moves your character can make by going into the menu screen and looking through the character’s information.

Once your character has charged up their signature move you need to be positioned correctly with your opponent. There are certain positions such as front grapple, back, lower body/grounded, etc. Once the screen screams at you letting you know to use your signature move you need to click the top or down D-pad button to use it.
