To find the secret tape location on The Hangar, you need to unlock the hidden room. Head over to the room on the left side of the course with the chopper in it. Get some speed and grind across the entire chopper blade.

After completing your grind, the metal gate on the far wall should start opening. When it’s fully opened, you can enter the hidden area of The Hangar. Inside this new location is where you can find the Secret Tape.

Head to the location and go across the area past the helicopter landing zone marker towards the quarter pipe. You can see the Secret Tape on top of the ramp.
