Entering the spooky tunnel
This badge is, quite clearly, in a secluded and difficult-to-reach spot. However, you don’t need to stray far from the track whatsoever. The secret badge is hidden somewhere in the spooky tunnel, so you’ll need to hop on a cart to travel over.
The spooky tunnel is difficult to reach, being so far into the ride. You can either ride there yourself, or wait for another player to swing by. The doors only open for a cart, so if you are quick enough, you can hop in for the brief moment they are open as another cart travels through. Just be considerate and try not to derail them!
Alternatively, you can complete the journey yourself, which you will need a lot of patience for. Being a rage game, you’ll be in for some infuriation, but it is vital to learn from your mistakes. Go slowly around the vast majority of the map, and watch out for surprises! If there are any abandoned carts in the way, you can shoot them to smithereens. If the annoyance of other players is getting to you too much, then you can create a free private server.

Claiming the badge
If you are without a cart, this part will be difficult, but not impossible, as the cart provides some useful light in the otherwise pitch-black tunnel.
As you go through the tunnel, green signs will warn the player of obstructions, the first two being bumps, and the third one is the exit door. As you near the exit door, exit your cart. On that bend, is a fake wall.
It is difficult to make out, but there is a very slight light difference where the corner is. You will have to move flush to the wall and slip through the fake fall, where you will bump into the room with the secret badge in it.
