How to get the No Time to Explain Pulse Rifle and Catalyst in Destiny 2 Beyond Light

The No Time to Explain Pulse Rifle is a pre-order bonus, exclusive for Deluxe Edition or Standard Edition and Season Pass bundle owners. Like the Salvation’s Grip, you need to complete the entire main campaign in Destiny 2 Beyond Light before unlocking the No Time To Explain Pulse Rifle. After completing the main story, speak with the Exo Stranger on Europa to claim the item.

Guardians looking to obtain the No Time to Explain Catalyst need to complete the Soon quest, which requires a few Schematic Code Fragments. You can find these in the BrayTech ExoScience Facility on Europa. There are enemies within this area that drop BT-7707 Helical Mass Driver Schematics.

Next, you can visit The Stranger for the next part of the quest. You’re going to have to kill 60 Vex using No Time to Explain at either The Glassway, Infinitude, or Nexus. We recommend spawning right into The Glassway Strike, as it’s the easiest option out of the bunch. After finishing that up, you can speak with The Striker again. She’ll give you some more tasks that entail destroying more enemies. Rinse and repeat until the bar is full.

After completing all the requirements, you can equip the Catalyst. The Exotic No Time To Explain Pulse Rifle comes with a few exciting perks. First off, the Full Auto Trigger System allows it to fire fully-automatic when holding down the trigger. It also has the Rewind Again Intrinsic Perk, which returns ammo to the wielder when firing on enemies slowed by Stasis.
