How to Get the Guiding Light Armor Set

The way you’re going to find the Guiding Light Armor Set is through mere exploration, you cannot craft it, so be sure to keep those resources to further upgrade it. You will first have to first complete the mission called The Word of Fate, which happens during the mid-game. After that, you will be free to do side missions in the Lake of Nine, in Midgard. Basically, all the armor pieces are scattered around the Lake on the ruins of Tyr’s statues. Here is how to get the Guiding Light Armor Set, piece by piece. Note: once you get the mission, you will find that all locations are on your map. It will start by visiting one of them.

• Gauntlets of Guiding Light: head to the Shores of the Nine. You will find the gauntlets below Tyr’s Let Bracer.
• Breastplate of Guiding Light: head to the Raider Stronghold, on the western part of the map. Find a ruin that is apparently made entirely of gold. You will notice that it is Tyr’s Helmet, broken down of the former complete statue. Just across it, you will find the breastplate.
• Waist Guard of Guiding Light: head to the Shores of Nine. Defeat all the enemies and ignite the branches to get to the ruins of Tyr’s statue and also the waist guard.
