I’m a simple kind of guy. You mention onions, I ran away. Never to return. See, I don’t like onions. They haven’t done anything for me. And while maybe I can relate to them because they have layers just like ogres, I simply can’t stand the flavor or the incessant need to cry. But since I care about you guys and your Pokémon journey’s success, I will grant you this one. Onion is one of a great variety of ingredients you can get in order to make sandwiches that will grant you certain in-game benefits. At last, they serve a purpose. Trying to put my bickering aside, here is how to get onion in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.

How to Get Onion in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

In order to satisfy your onion cravings and make sure that your sandwich packs a big punch, you will have to travel to the Artisan Bakery in order to buy it. Don’t worry, the Artisan Bakery shops are located across the region of Paldea, so you probably have one near you right now. The onions will cost you 130 Pokédollars (inflation sure is a thing in the Pokémon world, huh). Here is a complete list of the location that features an Artisan Bakery. Note: every Artisan Bakery offers the same ingredients, so don’t worry about travelling for onions like you do for items from Delibird Presents.
