Getting Harris’s IP Address is a small optional task in The Hunt side job. The Hunt will become available to you after you first meet River Ward and complete the I Fought the Law side job. In The Hunt, you will be looking for River’s nephew, and the job will eventually lead you to his trailer. Here is how to get Harris’s IP Address in Cyberpunk 2077.

How to get Harris’s IP Address in Cyberpunk 2077

After first speaking with Yawen Packard in The Hunt you will go out to the Badlands and check out River’s nephew’s trailer. River will find a laptop under the bed and then ask if you can break into it.

If you have your Intelligence at 9 or higher, you will be able to break into the computer. Otherwise, you will need to find the password. Go out in the hallway and turn on the record player, which will let you guess the password Liberum Arbitrium.

Once you’re in the computer, click on the Net tab at the top. Then click on the image on the left of the two people. 

On the Tony’s Shelter page, click the Files button, and it will say ERROR: “ATT_CART_VIDEO” FILE NOT FOUND. Next, click on the Files tab at the top and load up the ATT_CART_VIDEO file.

River now asks if you can use your netrunner magic to get anything else out of the laptop, and Get Harris’s IP Address becomes a valid task. Exit the laptop. In order to get Harris’s IP address you will need to have your Intelligence at 12 or above. That will unlock the Definitely option of the dialogue.

Choose Definitely, and you will then have to perform a Breach. Complete the breach sequence to obtain Harris’s IP address.
