Throughout your time during the RTTS mode, your goal will be to get called up by one of the major MLB teams. This requires you to have the highest overall rating when compared to people in that position on the team currently, as well as players who are also trying to get called up. If you’re having trouble in the position you selected, there might be a more convenient way of making it to the major leagues. Like in the real MLB, not all teams are equal in talent. You can view what positions on teams are the lowest rated, then aim to take those spots. If you’re someone who wants a specific position or team, you might have to wait a bit longer before being called up. However if your goal is to just make it, regardless of team or position, consider looking at the pitcher position. As this position has more open spots, and gives you a better chance at making it on a team.
