If you were to tell us what your favorite type of Pokemon is what would you say? Do you prefer the dark type Pokemon? How about Fairy? If you were to ask us we would probably say we enjoy Ghost type the most. There’s plenty of people out there who prefer another type and it’s become a favorite amongst Pokemon trainers. Dragon type Pokemon are incredibly strong, beautiful, and terrifying if you come across them without being the proper level. Some of them, however, are cute and would make a great addition to your team if you’re trying to build a team off of aesthetics. We’re talking about the lovable apple Pokemon called Applin. Applin in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet
Applin is a dragon type Pokemon and was introduced in Generation eight during the Sword and Shield game. Once you find the little guy it’s hard to imagine he turns into a dragon. He has two elemental types and if you offer him a tart apple he evolves into Flapple. If you give him a sweet apple he will evolve into Appletun. Honestly, Appletun is the best evolution he turns into because he’s just one giant apple pie and he looks so good. In order to get these different evolution items you’re going to want to head to the Delibird Presents store in Paldea. Alright, so you know everything about the evolution forms, so now you’re wondering how can you get him on your team, or, why haven’t you seen Applin roaming around?
How to capture Applin in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet
Tutorials are important in games because they give you information on when to use certain abilities. If you’re playing you’ll realize that your main mode of transportation has certain abilities. You can glide, swim, and dash around to explore different parts of the region. What some people fail to realize is that dashing can have huge benefits if you use it correctly. In order to find Applin you’re going to want to dash and hit into a tree so an apple will fall from it. Finding Applin is difficult because he’s rare to catch and he’s located around the region in different areas. Try looking around the center of the map that borders where the dark spot is above the school. He’s around those areas! Once there try hitting trees until a cute little apple falls from it. After the apple has fallen from the branch use the same method as fighting grunts. Throw your Pokemon into battle and get Applin low in health before catching him!
