Tower of Fantasy’s latest update, the Confounding Abyss, features various new maps, weapons, quests, and, let’s not forget, rewards. While you may want to rush over to the Third City to get more Red Nucleus for free, you may be forgetting that the Vera Region has a dark world ready for you to discover and unveil its secrets. So, if you want to know how to get all the rewards in Tower of Fantasy Twilight Zone, this guide will detail everything you need to know.
What is the Twilight Zone?
The latest Tower of Fantasy update, Version 2.1: Confounding Abyss, introduced various new areas and quests for Wanderers to participate in. The Twilight one is one of those areas, and it is a plane of existence that is a bleak alternate version of the Vera region. As you enter this region, you will notice that the ground is smoldering with dark energy; the Twilight Zone is also covered with a dark fog. There will also be three regions within this zone, and they are: Sandstorm Grounds, Rock Pillar Gobby, and Quicksand Belt.
How to Enter the Twilight Zone
You can only access the Twilight Zone in Tower of Fantasy once you have reached Level 80. To enter the Zone, you must make your way to the Vera Region. Here, you can find a Twilight Zone Rift; there are two spatial rifts you can find in the Vera Region. You can only stay within the Twilight Zone for eight hours; if you visit any longer, you will be transmitted back to Vera.
How to get all Twilight Zone Rewards in Tower of Fantasy
Due to the Twilight Zone being a dark region, you can use Mi-a as a light source; in the top middle of your screen, there will be a percentage showing how quickly Mi-a illumination will last. To ensure Mi-a’s light does not diminish, there will be five Crystals you can use to “re-charge” her. These Crystals will also provide the Wanderer with various effects depending on which one you use.

Crystal effects within the Twilight Zone:
Translucent Crystal:
It provides a standard illumination over a wide area and repels small creatures.
Yellow Crystal:
A Powerful repellent effect against large Crimoneyes.
Green Crystal:
Transfers charge and restore a large amount of HP within the green aura while repelling small creatures.
Purple Crystal:
It will reveal secrets, disguises, and the unseen while repelling small creatures.
Red Crystal:
It will increase the Wanderer’s ATK and reduces enemy DEF within the red aura. It can also repel small creatures.
While you may think these Crystals are a cool glow-in-the-dark feature, they actually serve another purpose. They can open various supply pods that will only open with the appropriate Crystal. These Crystals will be scattered throughout the Twilight Zone, so you don’t need to worry about being unable to find a Crystal with the appropriate color.
You will get the following rewards for exploring the entire Twilight Zone region: Red Nucleus, Spacetime Crystal Dust, and Spacetime Crystal Fragments. Once you have reached 100% exploration in the Twilight Zone, you will also receive the Mi-a Explorer cosmetic.
