How to get a Free Red Nucleus in Tower of Fantasy

There are plenty to explore in Tower of Fantasy Confounding Abyss, from materials to new little critters like Foxes. The best part about world exploration in Tower of Fantasy is that sometimes, you can get free rewards by interacting many times with one animal. What is Red Nucleus?

Red Nucleus are one of the most important and slightly rare items in Tower of Fantasy. These are SSR-type items used to perform Special Orders on limited Simulacrum banners. Although they can be purchased using Dark Crystals (150 per Nucleus can get pricy), there are other various ways of obtaining this item; such as Limited Gift packs, World exploration, and special events. But what other better way other than feeding your friendly neighborhood Fox are there?

How to get Red Nucleus in Tower of Fantasy

Being kind to any animals in games are always worth it, especially if they give you rewards you didn’t know you could get. The Friendly Fluorescent Foxes are a new type of animal you can find located in the Confounding Abyss, specifically the Third City.

These adorable Foxes will be will request a food item from you; they will ask for one of two kinds of food: Thornfruit and Rose Petal. Thornfruit is one of the latest food items added to the Tower of Fantasy 2.1 update. This fruit can be found in three locations: Third City Ruins, Third City, and City Gate. As for Rose Petals, they can be found in Vera surrounding Evil’s Clutch Oasis.

There are 18 Foxes you will need to feed in the Third City, once you have fed all of them, head to the Exploration Center and speak to the two foxes that are playing near the crates. They will give you an Activation Module, once obtained head over to Control Panel and awaken the RX-77 droid.
