How to Get All Endings in Cannibal Abduction

A throwback to classic horror

Tomás Esconjaureguy brings forth a new Survival Horror Game for the fans of the PS1 era. Nothing quite beats the classics. With mechanics similar to that of Resident Evil of the survival and puzzle elements, and the throwback to camera cuts and weird camera angles similar to that of Silent Hill. Cannibal Abduction follows Henry on a trip away from his parents. However, like with all Horror Games and a hint of cheesy voice acting, things take a turn for the worst. What was an enticing short trip from a local turned into something far more nefarious for dinner tonight would have young Henry as the main course. This is our guide on how to get all endings in Cannibal Abduction.

Good Ending Guide

Getting the Doorknob and Silver Key

Both endings point down the same narrow path which is underneath the House. To get to this point however, players need to learn the combination for the locked door in the Attic. There is a series of actions you must do in order to get into the Attic. If you have not got into the Attic yet, you need the Doorknob. But the dog is guarding it. To move the dog you need to find the can of Dog Food. This is in the side room coming off the Grandfather Clock and Save Station of the VHS Player (ground floor beside the Bathroom). But to open this cabinet you require the Silver Key for the cabinet in the Basement where they is a body opened out on the table.

The Silver Key is located in the Basement on the bottom shelf on the left after you enter the room. The Basement is behind the door in the Fireplace Room. To get into this room you need a Hairclip to lock-pick the door. This is what you use early on in the game to open all of the doors with a simple lock. Now with the Silver Key in your inventory, you can get the Dog Food and place it in the dog bowl in the room with the Dog (room under the Stairs). This will give you an opening to take the Doorknob. Head to the Attic, use the Doorknob to get in and go to the door on the left-side of the room. The combination you need on the locked door is ‘327‘.

Getting the Rope and Valve

Before you head in however, pick up the Red Valve on the shelves that you will use later on. Inside, players will find a room which previously belonged to another prisoner (a family member as well). On the wall you can see that they stayed a total of 63 days inside the room until inevitably becoming dinner. By a means of either fighting their way out with the knife or taking their own life. Either way it did not end well for this member and the same could be said for you. It is essential that players get into this room as the item, Rope can be obtained here.

Getting into the Sewers

With the Rope in hand the next puzzle you must solve is the Grandfather Clock. You need to first find the small Hexagon Symbol for the strange Box on the bedside cabinet in the Double Bedroom upstairs. This will reward you with the Clock Hand which you can then use on the Grandfather Clock and set to 8:45. Now head back into the Basement and use the Valve you obtained in the Attic on the right-side of the first room’s wall. This will get water to flow through the pipes. Head up to the Kitchen, open the cabinet and use the Cup inside to get water from the tap. Take the cup to the room with the Fireplace and put out the fire. There is a hidden button at the back which you need to press.

With all objectives complete, head to the Basement for the final time with the Rope in hand. Go to the room at the back where there is a table on the right-hand-side of the room. A hole leading to the Sewers is on the left and corner of this room. Place the Rope down where you can descend. Follow the path of the Sewers around until you have the option to go head away from the camera or towards. If you go towards, this will lead you to the Bad Ending. You need to head away where the camera will switch to an angle showing a ladder. Watch the cutscene and know that you have escaped…for now.

Bad Ending Guide

The route to this point is the same as the guide listen above aside from one difference. Before you head down into the Sewers, go into the room on the left from the hole. In this Bathroom, pick up the Rusty Key off the wall. Now head down into the Sewers using the Rope you will have obtained. Follow the path of the Sewers around until you can head either towards the camera or away from it. This time, come towards the camera and turn right. There is a gated door which you can use the Rusty Key to open it. This takes you into some kind of nightmare unlike what we had previously experienced in Cannibal Abduction. Play out the game to witness the Bad End.

We hope this guide was useful on how to achieve both endings in Cannibal Abduction. Both roads point to the same place in the game but do you let your curiosity get the better of you?
