How to get a Sailor Certificate in Roblox Pixel Piece
The Sailor Certificate is a vital item in Pixel Piece for those pursuing the work of a Marine officer. If you travel northwest from the game’s starting island, Orange Town, you’ll reach Shelltown Island, where a Marine officer named Anthony is accepting recruits past the gate of the local Marine base. However, in order to be recruited, you need both a Sailor Certificate and a 10,000 Beli entry fee. Paperwork processing isn’t free.

Putting aside the concern of the 10,000 Beli, obtaining a Sailor Certificate thankfully isn’t that difficult. All you need to do is take down a Marine that’s been stirring up some trouble in town. Head to the other side of town to find a large, open plaza, where you’ll find Marine Captain Norgan. You’ll know when you find him, as his health bar will appear at the top of the screen when here’s nearby.

Luckily, Norgan is modeled after Captain “Axe-Hand” Morgan, who is quite possibly one of the biggest jobbers in the history of One Piece. Ergo, he’s not that hard to beat. He only has two attacks, a small ground slam and a spinning slash, so just smack him a few times with your weapon of choice and back off when he retaliates. He’ll go down without too much fuss, dropping the Sailor Certificate in the process.
Return to Anthony with the Sailor Certificate and 10,000 Beli, and you can officially join up with the Marines. Hope you look good in white, you’ll be wearing it a lot.
