Thankfully, in World of Warcraft Dragonflight, WoW’s ninth expansion, there is a very easy way to get those rings, even with their own proc. How to Get a 389 Ring Easily

Now, the way you get a 389 ring easily is the same way you normally get things easier in real life: connections. In order to get the ring in less than an hour, you will have to gather a good amount of Cobalt Assembly Reputation. Before doing this, you have to be level 70 in order to unlock this reputation and begin the quest chain with the “Welcome to the Assembly” mission. That is the only requirement you have to begin gaining reputation.

To do this, you have to farm mobs and loot them until you get the enough reputation to receive the 389 ring. That means, killing Sundered Flame enemies in the area. Eachof them will drop either Uncommon Moderate Arcana (15 Cobalt Assembly Reputation) or Rare Major Arcana (200 Cobalt Assembly Reputation). After getting the necessary reputation, you will be rewarded with a list of objects you can purchase or exchange. Here are the rings that are available for purchase:

• Assembly Guardian’s Ring – Tank-centric proc: Taking damage has a chance to grant an arcane shield, absorbing the next 71519 damage and lasting 12 sec. Only one Assembly Ring of Power can be worn at a time.
• Assembly Preserver’s Band – Healer-centric proc: Your healing spells have a chance to mend your ally with arcane magic, restoring an additional 38339 health. Only one Assembly Ring of Power can be worn at a time.
• Assembly Scholar’s Loop – Damage-centric proc: Your damaging spells and abilities have a chance to deal 25543 Arcane damage. Only one Assembly Ring of Power can be worn at a time.
