Create New Account
Roblox is an online game platform, and it is also a game creation system. Many games on the platform are only suitable for teens aged over 13. While this may sound extreme, but there is no other way of changing your age. You need to create a brand new account and make sure you input a birth date of age 18 or above.
Once you create the new account, sign in to Roblox with it. This should fix the problem.

Change Privacy Settings
Follow the steps below to change your privacy settings on Xbox.
- Press the Home button on your Xbox controller.
- Now select Settings on the screen and head over to Account, the go to Privacy and Online Safety. Select Xbox Live Privacy.
- Now go to View Details & Customize and select Game Content.
- You will notice a specific setting which will enable you to control seeing and sharing content with others on the platform.
- Click on the setting, and change it to Everybody.
- Now open Roblox again.
