Changing The Graphics Settings

So we recommend you to tune down all the graphics settings by two notches. For example, if Texture Resolution is set to High, tune it down to Low.

Hi-Rez Assets Cache is a setting in Modern Warfare 2 which is meant for streaming high-resolution assets. However, some users have seen the crashes stop after enabling this setting. You can try to enable it, but make sure you have at least 32 GB of spare space on your drive.
