How to Fix Can’t Pick Up Neuromodules Bug in Atomic Heart

Thank you, but where's my reward?

The best part of beating up tough enemies and bosses is the promise of a reward. It is a very popular gaming trope. If there is no reward, then why put the effort after all? I mean, it’s not egotistic, it is just the way things are in gaming! And well, players in Atomic Heart are literally so close and so far from their rewards than ever before. Here is how to fix the “Can’t Pick Up Neuromodules” bug in Atomic Heart.

How to Fix Can’t Pick Up Neuromodules Bug

Neuromodules are a resource that are drops from beating powerful enemies such as Belyash, Hedgie, or Natasha. These are very valuable, and they will be used to craft and upgrade powerful weaponry. Unfortunately, several users that are playing the Game Pass version of the game have reported that these neuromodules just keep flying in its place, and they aren’t able to collect them. That means, no new weapons crafted, and no upgrades applied. That’s a big no, no.

Fortunately, Mundfish has already caught notice of this and have issued a new update that apparently fixes the issue. They claim that they have fixed everything on their side. Somehow, however, some players continue to face this issue. It can perfectly be explained by some delay on the update being rolled out for numerous players, so your best chance is to wait for the update to be available for you.

Some have suggested that starting over on a fresh new save file solves the issue, but that is completely extreme if you already have spent several hours in the game. Currently, your best chance is to wait for the update, and you will be able to collect the neuromodules. I know that sounds anti-climactic, but when an issue depends entirely on developers, this is the only way to address it. I hope this all gets sorted out soon!
