Map Chamber in Hogwarts Legacy Explained

The Map Chamber is a quest early on in the game and you will need to be level 10 to complete it. It requires you to talk to professor Fig in the Astronomy Wing after which you will go with him to the Map Chamber and talk to the portrait of professor Rackham. Once you do this, you will complete the Map Chamber quest and will be able to fast travel to Map Chamber.

The Map Chamber trophy/achievement in Hogwarts Legacy has 4 different trophies that you can acquire. They are called “Find the Map Chamber as Griffindor/Slytherin/Hufflepuff/Ravenclaw” depending on the House of your choice.

Map Chamber is one of the two secret locations in Hogwarts Castle, the other one being the Room of Requirement. When fast traveling you will just need to select the “Secret Rooms” tab from the locations menu.
