First, you will have to head over to the Riot club in Little China, Watson. To get into the club, it will have to be after 6 PM, so skip some time if you need to. 

Go inside and ask the bartender about Liam. You will learn that Liam is in the VIP section of the club.

Turn around, and you will see a door marked Staff Only. Go through the door and make an immediate right. Along the right wall, there will be an elevator, call it.

Use the elevator to go down to the ground floor. 

When you exit the elevator, there will be a terminal on the table in front of you. Click on the Local Network tab at the top and then on Remote Takeover.

You will go into a security camera view with Liam on the screen, stay on camera 1, and listen in on the conversation. 

You will hear that not only did Liam cheat on Lizzy, but he is also planning to kill her and clone her personality. Use the terminal again and Steal the Data. Give Lizzy a call and share the footage with her.
