When you think of vampire tropes, what comes to mind? Hating the sun, drinking blood, all that jazz? Well, here’s something you probably didn’t know: vampires love ice cream! Or at least a pretend vampire in Lil Gator Game loves ice cream, which basically counts. Here’s how to find Esme in Lil Gator Game.
How to Find Esme in Lil Gator Game
When you find Avery in the cliffside amphitheater, they’ll introduce you to several of their theatrically-minded friends. When these friends can’t agree on a theme, they go their separate ways, and Avery asks you to bring them back so they can mediate peace. One of these friends is Esme, a little bat girl who’s really into the whole vampire scene.

To find Esme, jump off the amphitheater cliff and look for the path of red cardboard candles strewn along the forest floor. When you find them, follow them to a big hole in the ground and jump right in. You should see more cardboard candles, plus a sign warning you to keep away. Ignore the sign and follow the candles, and you’ll find Esme sat upon a cardboard throne of darkness.
Helping Esme
Esme’s still a bit sore at you for dismissing the presence of vampires in fantasy settings, but she swiftly changes her tune when an ice cream stand sets up across the stream. At her behest, talk to the ice cream vendor. The vendor doesn’t take scraps, obviously, but you’ll text your sister and she’ll Venmo you a few bucks, so all is well.
Take the ice cream back to Esme, and she’ll make you an honorary vampire, though that does mean you can’t set foot in the sun ever again. She’ll inform you of this if you try to leave the cave, but just say you’ll cast a magic spell that lets you walk in the sunlight, and she’ll be content to return to Avery at the amphitheater.
