How to Find and Neutralize Charles “Chunks” Crawford in The Division 2

To kill Chunks, first you’ll need to complete a few objectives in West Potomac Park. You’ll need to takeover all three control points, complete a bounty, and stop a public execution. Once this is done, you’ll receive Chunks as a bounty target. He’ll be located at the Lincoln Memorial. Before you head over to the Lincoln Memorial, make sure you are well equipped and have at least one other player with you. To get to Chunks, you’ll have to take on several waves of heavily armored enemies.

You’ll start the bounty hunt outside the Lincoln Memorial where a group of enemies awaits. Beware of the turret sitting at the top of the steps ahead of you. Once you’ve taken care of them, head up the step, make a left, and go through the security gate to the camp outside the Memorial. Here you’ll run into even more enemies. After defeating them, look for open doors next to a screen that says storage. This will take you inside the Lincoln Memorial. From here, you’ll progress through the interior of the Memorial fighting even more enemies in a giant room filled with replica models.

Next, you’ll descend into the basement area where Chunks will eventually spawn along with enemies who have just as much armor as him. This is the most challenging part of the mission as this basement area has enemies appearing on all sides, leaving you with no cover at times. Just keep mobile and be aware of your surroundings. You should be able to take out Chunks if you do so. With Chunks dead, loot his body and return to the Castle settlement to hear a drone recording on the computer. Doing this will complete this portion of the Stovepipe manhunt.
