Much like the rest of the wildlife throughout Disney Dreamlight Valley, you can interact with the local populations of wild ravens, feeding them, and befriending them. You can do this for the sake of completing your daily tasks or just for the fun of it. Feeding birds is nice.

Before you go looking for a raven to be friends with, you should prepare their food of choice. Unlike most wild critters, ravens won’t be satisfied with just any random snack you pick up off the ground. No sir, these birds only want the best: ravens will only eat fully-prepared meals rated at a full five stars. The actual meal itself isn’t important; as long as it’s five stars, they want what you’re cooking. If you’d like something easy to prepare, try a Large Seafood Platter. All you need is four pieces of seafood and a lemon.

Once you’ve got your food prepared, it’s time to find some ravens. The most consistent spot where ravens like to hang out is the Forgotten Lands, particularly up in the northwestern corner of the map.

When you find a raven, start walking toward it slowly. As you get closer to it, it’ll fly up into the air and start gliding around in circles. This is normal; just wait for it to finish flying and land back down where it was, and you can start moving toward it again. When you’re right next to it, you can press the interact button to Approach, then feed it the five-star meal you painstakingly made for it. Congratulations, you’ve made a new feathery friend!

Don’t forget to come back and feed your new raven buddy every day. They may drop handy items like seeds or Dreamlight Shards!
