How Can You Feed Grandpa in Texas Chainsaw Massacre?

You can feed the blood to the Grandpa as a member of the Family by either collecting buckets of it throughout the map or by slashing and hurting the victims. Either way, that will help him level up and give you various perks like seeing victims through the walls.

When you are playing as one of the three members of the Family one of your key goals will be to both feed and defend the Grandpa from the victims. As you feed him he will level up and bring more advantages to your team.

Grandpa’s perks per level are as follows:

Level 1: Activates Victim detection.
Level 2: Cooldown for Victim detection is reduced.
Level 3: Cooldown for Victim detection is reduced further.
Level 4: Activates Victim detection in shadows.
Level 5: Victims are always detected with no way to hide.

What Does Grandpa Do in the Texas Chainsaw Game?

Grandpa is more of an element of the game than an active character. Victim players should think of him as an alarm while the Family players should think of him as a radar.

Grandpa will be sitting fast asleep and when any noise is made by the victims he will wake up alerting the Family. In the same way the Family can feed him blood to level him up and boost his senses helping them find the victims, the victims can cripple him and derank him to avoid detection.

How Can You Derank the Grandpa as a Victim?

If you are playing as the Victim you can derank the Grandpa by sneaking up to him and attacking him with a bone fragment. That will reset him to level 1 and give him more time to run away. Also, you can disable Grandpa’s ability by meddling with Bone Scrap.
